One of my key responsibilities is the development of a 360 degree collection.

It all starts with the trend research. Based on this, a collection strategy is developed. The trends are translated into different collections and a strategy is derived. Once this is in place, the first designs are conceived and requested.

A constant bestseller management is the basis of every collection, to ensure a balance between new unknown styles and further development of existing bestsellers.

Next comes supplier communication and implementation of the collection. This includes sampling and quality checks.

Under a set timeline, preorders and global adaptation meetings are coordinated and the final collection is presented.

As soon as the collection is set up, all prices are renegotiated to generate the best possible margin.

During the entire process of creation I manage and coordinate a team of several designers, providing input and supervision throughout.

I also supervise suppliers, build them up and source new suppliers in order to always guarantee the best quality of the collection and to elaborate with a constant focus on sustainability.

As a staff member of the art and fashion magazine Qvest, I mostly took care of customer acquisition. With them, an adapted marketing strategy was developed to ensure optimal product placement in the art and gallery context.

I also supported the editorial department, conducting interviews and proofreading for submissions. I was active in PR communication and B2B management. Among other things, I also helped organize Art Cologne.
